Customer support
Support is included on every plan. Starter includes email support with a next-business-day response; Pro includes priority support with a same-business-day response; Team includes a direct private support channel with responses within two hours during business hours.
Security, privacy & compliance
Security issues, privacy requests, subprocessor questions, and vendor-diligence questionnaires go to the CW Frontier Innovations platform team. Confirmed breaches affecting customer data are notified within 72 hours. The SOC 2 Type II report and System Description are available in the Trust Center.
Billing
Plan changes, invoices, and cancellations are self-serve from the Stripe customer portal inside the app — changes prorate automatically and annual plans can be cancelled with a refund for unused time. If something in billing looks wrong, email us and we will fix it.
