PREZENTD keeps the deliverables, templates, disclosures, and workspace history your team chooses to create so you can reuse, review, and share your work. Files you upload are kept as governed Sources your firm owns: an encrypted copy of the original, scoped to your firm and visible on the client's page. You see every one, you can untick Keep on any file before it uploads, and you can delete any Source at any time. Deleting a Source removes the file and everything extracted from it, and the Client Profile refreshes without that evidence.

Retention is tied to Meetings & Firm Memory, the feature that turns a logged meeting into a Meeting Report, a Client Profile, and firm memory. Meeting transcripts your firm adds are always retained until you delete them. Turn Meetings & Firm Memory off and uploads revert to extract-and-discard: the text is used for the one deliverable and the file is deleted. Meeting Reports and Client Profiles are internal documents: they have no share link, are never client-facing, and can only be emailed to members of your workspace.

You can export your deliverables at any time, so there is no vendor lock-in. When you cancel, your workspace data — including every retained Source and transcript — is deleted on request. There is no extended holding window where your firm's content lingers after you have moved on.

PREZENTD's application hosting, database, and file storage are in the United States. For domestic advisory firms whose compliance teams ask where customer data is stored, the answer is straightforward: it stays in the US, on the same audited infrastructure that backs the rest of the platform. Advisors can share finished deliverables through read-only presentation links without requiring a client account. Links are encrypted, expire 30 days after creation, can be revoked or regenerated at any time, and are designed not to expose internal workspace identifiers. A link renders a fixed snapshot: later edits never change what a client already received.

Presentation links are served with no-cache, no-index, and no-referrer protections so shared pages do not behave like public web content. They are available on Pro and Team. The advisor approves a deliverable before any link or PDF exists, and PREZENTD never sends anything to a client.

PREZENTD is genuinely AI-powered where it matters: large language models draft narrative, build deliverables, write Meeting Reports and Client Profiles, and apply your firm voice. Other parts are deterministic by design — duplicating a template, editing text in place, and applying your brand never call a model. Adapting a template with AI does, on zero-data-retention routing. We draw that line plainly so your firm can describe what the software does without overstating it.

Just as important is what PREZENTD does not do: it drafts and assembles deliverables, but it does not send anything to your clients, and it does not perform financial calculations or make recommendations. Every client-facing deliverable passes through advisor review and approval before it is shared. The advisor stays in the loop, and the firm remains responsible for review, supervision, and recordkeeping under its own policies.

PREZENTD monitors AI workflow reliability, cost, status, latency, token usage, and error categories without relying on raw prompt dumps or model chain-of-thought. Operational logs carry identifiers, counts, cost, and latency only, and product analytics are guarded against personal-data fields. Logs are designed to support reliability and troubleshooting while minimizing sensitive content exposure.
