AI workflows with no model training.
Customer-content AI requests are routed through ZDR-only provider settings. We configure our AI gateway to use model endpoints that do not retain customer prompts or responses for training.
Before customer content is routed to model providers, PREZENTD applies configured AI gateway guardrails, including ZDR-only routing, prompt-injection detection, and redaction for common sensitive-data patterns such as Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, and IP addresses.
You can leave with your work — and have it deleted.
Uploaded source files are used to generate the requested deliverable and are not retained as original files. PREZENTD keeps the deliverables, templates, disclosures, and workspace history your team chooses to create so you can reuse, review, and share your work.
You can export your deliverables at any time, so there is no vendor lock-in. When you cancel, your workspace data is deleted on request — there is no extended holding window where your firm's content lingers after you have moved on.

PREZENTD is genuinely AI-powered where it matters: large language models draft narrative, generate deliverable content, and apply your firm voice. Other parts are deterministic by design — refilling a template field, editing a value, and applying your brand do not call a model at all. We draw that line plainly so your firm can describe what the software does without overstating it.
Just as important is what PREZENTD does not do: it drafts and assembles deliverables, but it does not send anything to your clients. Every client-facing deliverable passes through advisor review and approval before it is shared. The advisor stays in the loop, and the firm remains responsible for review, supervision, and recordkeeping under its own policies.
