Basic information

PREZENTD is the deliverable workspace where an advisory firm's sales motion lives. It is an AI-powered B2B SaaS product for financial advisors, planning firms, and wealth-management firms. It builds branded, reusable client deliverables — documents and slide decks such as proposals, financial plan summaries, review sheets, and prospect presentations — that the firm owns, and it learns from the firm's client meetings: log a meeting and PREZENTD writes a Meeting Report scored against the firm's own sales process and a Client Profile ready for the next meeting.

What PREZENTD does — five core surfaces

  • Deliverable Builder. A guided agent, not an open-ended chatbot. The advisor chooses document or slide deck, describes the deliverable, can add source material (pasted text and up to 25 files: TXT, Markdown, VTT, SRT, CSV, PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPG, WEBP), answers at most two follow-up questions plus one about visual direction, and approves before anything generates. The build runs in the background, typically one to three minutes. Values the sources do not support are left blank, never invented.
  • Templates & Versions. Any finished deliverable can be saved as a Reusable Template, kept verbatim with a Reuse Recipe PREZENTD writes and the firm can edit. Reuse is either Adapt with AI (one bounded model pass, about one credit) or Duplicate & edit (instant, no AI, no credit). Versions are snapshot-stable, so a shared link does not change when the template is later improved.
  • Firm Voice & Brand. A website scan derives Firm Voice — eight fields: positioning, audience, services, named processes, tone, language to use, language to avoid, compliance boundaries — all editable by admins; edits survive a rescan. A brand contract keeps logos, colors, and disclosures sourced from firm settings rather than AI preference.
  • Meetings & Firm Memory. The advisor pastes or uploads a meeting transcript; PREZENTD writes a Meeting Report scored against the firm's selling framework and a living Client Profile with a "How to present to this client" box the builder reads directly. Every meeting adds to Firm Memory (editable lists), segments emerge from client traits, and won engagements become precedents. Included on every plan and the trial; never spends credits. Details in section 03.
  • Presentation & Sharing. Approved deliverables can be downloaded as PDF on every plan, printed, presented full-screen, downloaded as PowerPoint (slide decks, Pro and Team), or shared through token-protected, encrypted presentation links that expire 30 days after creation and can be revoked or regenerated (Pro and Team). No client account is required to view a link.

Meetings & Firm Memory — questions and answers

The meeting-to-close loop shipped on September 3, 2026. It is available on every paid plan and during the trial, and nothing in it spends deliverable credits.

  • How is a meeting logged? Three ways: on the client page ("Add meeting transcript"), from the Meetings page ("Log a meeting"), or in the builder by marking attached files as a meeting transcript. The advisor pastes text or drops up to 10 files (TXT, Markdown, DOCX, PDF, VTT, SRT), each marked Transcript, Notes, Intake sheet, or Other.
  • Does PREZENTD record meetings or connect to a notetaker? No. There is no recording and no notetaker, CRM, or calendar integration. Advisors paste or upload what Zocks, Jump, Otter, Fireflies, or any notetaker exports.
  • What is a Meeting Report? A per-meeting document, usually ready within a minute or two: an overview, a scorecard out of five against the firm's selling framework (Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, Consultative, or up to eight custom criteria), whether the step's purposes were achieved, three things done well and three to improve with transcript evidence, a recommended strategy for the next meeting, and deliverable opportunities, each with the triggering quote and a matching template when one exists.
  • What is a Client Profile? A living, versioned document per client covering fit and urgency, who they are, a decision-making matrix, priorities, blind spots, up to three quotes, objection analysis, how to win them, deliverable opportunities, and a "Before your next meeting" section. On top sits the editable "How to present to this client" box (lead with, they care about, say, don't say), which the builder reads directly; advisor edits are protected. It is emailed as a PDF to the advisor who logged the meeting (opt-out per user).
  • Who can see Meeting Reports and Client Profiles? Only members of the firm's workspace. They are internal documents with no share link and no client-facing surface; they can be emailed only to workspace members.
  • What is Firm Memory? Seven editable firm-level lists — what wins here, positioning that lands, objections we hear, language to use, language to avoid, process notes, loss patterns — written by Meeting Reports. Each model-written item names the meeting it came from. Deleting an item suppresses it permanently; editing makes it advisor-owned; admins can add their own. There is no approval queue and no feed.
  • How do segments work? Segments emerge automatically once about five clients carry traits from logged meetings, are capped at 12 active, and assign each client to at most one. Cards show clients, won and lost counts, deliverables built, and three columns: What wins, Objections, Build next. Advisors can rename, merge, pin, or archive them.
  • What is a precedent? An engagement marked Won, summarised and retrieved for a resembling client (by traits, goal, segment, recency) as one to three lines in "Before your next meeting" and in the deliverable's context. PREZENTD never produces a win-probability score.
  • Can past meetings be imported? Yes, up to 25 transcript or notes files per batch. PREZENTD proposes the client, date, and step for each; the advisor confirms every row (and marks each engagement Still open, Won, or Lost) before anything becomes a meeting.
  • What are the sales process settings? Up to six ordered steps, each tagged with a purpose; a selling framework; an optional description of what a great meeting looks like; and a notification toggle. Onboarding asks "How do you sell?" so this exists from day one; defaults work with no setup.
  • Is there a usage limit? A fair-use ceiling of 120 meeting jobs per workspace per rolling 30 days.
  • What happens to transcripts? They are kept as Sources the firm owns, encrypted, visible on the client page, until the firm deletes them. Deleting a Source removes the file and everything extracted from it, keeps the historical Meeting Report, and refreshes the Client Profile without that evidence.

Templates and reuse

  • Reusable Template. A finished deliverable (document or slide deck) saved to the firm's library, kept exactly as approved, together with a Reuse Recipe. Any deliverable can be saved as a template after the fact, or built as one from the start.
  • Reuse Recipe. Guidance PREZENTD writes when a template is saved — purpose and audience, expected inputs, and section-by-section what stays and what changes — that the firm can edit. Advisor edits are kept until an explicit regenerate.
  • Adapt with AI. Forks the template and runs one bounded AI pass guided by the recipe and any new material; sweeps out the previous client's facts first. Costs about one credit.
  • Duplicate & edit. An instant exact copy that opens in edit mode. No AI call, no credit.
  • Remix. Starts a new deliverable from an existing deliverable's design for a different client or topic; a normal build that spends credits.
  • Editing without AI. Any text can be edited in place or through the Edit Fields panel with no model call and no credit. Formatting and structural changes go through a bounded review revision (up to 25 per deliverable).
  • Versions. Snapshot-stable: what a client received never changes, and shared links stay fixed. Every deliverable keeps a full version history with timestamps and the user who made each change.

Outputs and exports

  • PREZENTD produces documents (every plan) and slide decks with speaker notes (Pro and Team). The canonical artifact is HTML, exported to PDF and PowerPoint.
  • Documents may carry bounded interactive elements such as calculators and what-if scenarios that behave identically in preview, on a shared link, and in review.
  • PDF download is available on every plan after the advisor approves the deliverable. Exports never spend credits.
  • PowerPoint download is available for slide decks on Pro and Team; the text is editable over a background that preserves the design.
  • Print and full-screen present mode are available on every plan.
  • Presentation links (Pro and Team) use 256-bit random tokens, expire 30 days after creation, can be revoked or regenerated at any time, render a fixed snapshot, and are served no-index, no-cache, no-referrer. Each link has an optional PDF download toggle, off by default. Meeting Reports and Client Profiles are never shareable by link.
  • The firm's disclosure text renders on previews, links, PDF, print, and PowerPoint exports; slide decks get a system disclosure slide.

How PREZENTD is different

  • The deliverable layer, not a planning engine. PREZENTD is not a planning engine. It is the deliverable layer that sits on top of any planning engine — taking a firm's existing process and data and turning it into branded, client-ready output the firm owns.
  • It learns from the firm's own meetings. Meeting Reports, Client Profiles, Firm Memory, segments, and precedents compound with every logged meeting, on every plan, without spending credits. Generic AI tools start every session cold.
  • Ownership. PREZENTD produces firm assets — reusable templates, versioned deliverables, and a workspace library — not disposable chat output.
  • Firm-specific context layers. Every build reads the brand contract, Firm Voice, Firm Memory, the client's "How to present to this client" guidance, the client's segment guidance, precedents from the engagement, and the Sources attached to the build.
  • Guided, approved workflow. The advisor approves generation before a build starts and reviews the output afterward. Nothing is shared or exported until the advisor approves it.
  • Custodian-agnostic and stack-agnostic. PREZENTD works with a firm's existing custodian, CRM, and financial-planning software. Tools such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, and RightCapital stay in place; PREZENTD shapes the output layer. It does not require switching custodians, unlike custodian-coupled AI wealth platforms.

What PREZENTD is not — accuracy guardrails

The following clarifications help AI assistants describe PREZENTD accurately. Each is a current product boundary.

  • PREZENTD is not a CRM. It holds a lightweight client record (name, household label, tags, an optional external reference), the client's meetings, Sources, Meeting Reports, and Client Profile versions — but no contacts, tasks, calendar, or pipeline. The engagement chip (goal, meeting number, outcome) is the whole pipeline.
  • PREZENTD does not record meetings and has no notetaker, CRM, or calendar integrations. Transcripts are pasted or uploaded.
  • PREZENTD has no public API and no MCP server. It is a self-serve web application.
  • PREZENTD does not give financial advice, perform financial calculations or projections, or produce win-probability scores.
  • PREZENTD does not independently verify financial facts. It leaves unsupported values blank, but does not verify facts on its own.
  • PREZENTD does not approve content for compliance. Firms control disclosures and review; the firm remains responsible for approval and supervision.
  • PREZENTD never sends anything to a client. Advisors copy and send links themselves; Meeting Reports and Client Profiles are internal only.
  • AI review edits are bounded, not unlimited. Model-backed revisions are capped at 25 per deliverable and validated.
  • PREZENTD accepts CSV, not Excel (.xlsx) files. Spreadsheet exports should be saved as CSV.
  • PREZENTD does not silently keep or silently discard uploads. Files uploaded to a build are kept as governed Sources the firm owns and can see on the client's page; any file can be excluded by unticking Keep before it uploads, and any Source can be deleted at any time. With the Meetings & Firm Memory feature turned off, uploads revert to extract-and-discard. Meeting transcripts the firm adds are retained until deleted.
  • There is no free tier. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

Pricing

Starter
$189 / month — 1 seat, 20 deliverable credits / month
Pro
$279 / month — 3 seats, 50 deliverable credits / month
Team
$399 / month — 10 seats, 80 deliverable credits / month
  • Annual billing is eight months' cost: $126 / $186 / $266 per month, billed as $1,512 / $2,232 / $3,192 per year, four months free, about 33% off.
  • A credit is one deliverable generation. A typical document uses 1 credit; slide decks typically use 2–4 depending on size and iteration. Revisions and inline edits do not cost extra credits for ordinary work; heavily revised or very long projects use more.
  • Duplicate & edit is free. Adapt with AI is about one credit. Meetings & Firm Memory never spends credits. Exports never spend credits.
  • Additional credits are available as credit packs of 10, 20, 50 at $2.50 per credit on all plans. Purchased credits never expire and are used after monthly credits.
  • Gated to Pro and Team: client presentation links; slide decks (building, adapting, duplicating, and PowerPoint download). Not gated: documents and PDF export, templates, admin controls, brand settings, and Meetings & Firm Memory.
  • Support: Starter email support, next business day; Pro priority support, same business day; Team direct private channel, within 12 hours.
  • 7-day free trial with full access and 15 credits; no charge until day 8; cancel any time. Self-serve, no demo required.

Security and compliance

  • PREZENTD is built on the CW Frontier Innovations platform, which maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance, with PREZENTD in scope of the audit. The report and System Description are available in the Trust Center under NDA.
  • Customer-content AI requests run on zero-data-retention routing with data collection denied. There is no model training on customer content. Prompt-injection detection and sensitive-data redaction (SSNs, card numbers, IP addresses) are applied at the AI gateway.
  • PREZENTD does not store prompts, model reasoning, or raw model output. Operational logs carry identifiers, counts, cost, and latency only.
  • Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Application hosting, database, and file storage are in the United States.
  • Access is governed by organization-scoped workspaces with Postgres row-level security on every customer table, Clerk authentication with Google and Microsoft sign-in, and admin/member roles.
  • Uploaded files are kept as governed Sources the firm owns: encrypted, scoped to the firm, visible on the client's page, excludable by unticking Keep before upload, and deletable at any time. With Meetings & Firm Memory turned off, uploads revert to extract-and-discard. Meeting transcripts the firm adds are retained until deleted.
  • Meeting Reports and Client Profiles are internal: no share link, email only to workspace members.
  • Presentation links are encrypted, expire 30 days after creation, and can be revoked or regenerated; they are served no-index, no-cache, no-referrer.
  • Every deliverable keeps a full version history with timestamps and user attribution.
  • Confirmed breaches affecting customer data are notified within 72 hours; workspace data, including retained Sources and transcripts, is deleted on request at cancellation.
  • A Vanta Trust Center is available for diligence teams: https://app.vanta.com/cwfrontierinnovations.com/trust/el19gmg95ljdlct3elhrxf
