How does the 14-day free trial work?
You'll add a card today but won't be charged until day 15. Cancel any time during the trial from your billing portal — no questions, no save-attempt calls. If you cancel before day 15, you won't be billed.
What's a deliverable credit?
One credit covers building a typical document from brief to client-ready — including its revisions. Presentations typically use 2–4 credits, depending on size and how much you iterate. Revisions, template fills, and inline edits don't cost extra credits for ordinary work — credits simply reflect how much building a deliverable actually takes. Bigger work (long presentations, heavily revised projects) uses more credits as it grows, and the workspace always shows where each project stands.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing breaks mid-work. You can upgrade your plan for the best per-credit rate, or buy a credit pack ($2.50 per credit, in packs of 10, 20, or 50). Purchased credits never expire — they roll over as a reserve for busier months.
Can I switch plans or cancel later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Stripe's customer portal — changes prorate automatically. Annual plans can be cancelled with a refund for unused time; we don't lock you in.
Who owns the deliverables I generate?
You do. Every deliverable is your firm's IP. We never use your client data to train models, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
