How does the 7-day free trial work?
You'll add a card today but won't be charged until day 8. Cancel any time during the trial from your billing portal — no questions, no save-attempt calls. If you cancel before day 8, you won't be billed.
What's a deliverable credit?
One credit covers building a typical document from brief to client-ready, including its revisions. Slide decks typically use 2–4 credits, depending on size and how much you iterate. Revisions and inline edits don't cost extra credits for ordinary work; bigger projects (long decks, heavily revised work) use more credits as they grow, and the workspace always shows where each project stands. Reusing a template with Duplicate & edit is free, and Adapt with AI is about one credit. Meetings, Client Profiles, and Firm Memory never spend credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing breaks mid-work. You can upgrade your plan for the best per-credit rate, or buy a credit pack ($2.50 per credit, in packs of 10, 20, or 50). Purchased credits never expire — they roll over as a reserve for busier months.
Can I switch plans or cancel later?
Yes. Upgrade any time from Settings — the change is immediate and prorated. Downgrades and switches between monthly and annual billing take effect at your next renewal. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like; you keep access through the period you have already paid for.
Who owns the deliverables I generate?
You do. Every deliverable is your firm's IP. We never use your client data to train models, and you can export your deliverables — or delete any Source or saved record individually — at any time.
Will this satisfy our compliance team?
