Does my client need a PREZENTD account to view a deliverable?
No. Presentation links open directly with no login and no account. The recipient clicks the link and sees the branded deliverable.
How are presentation links kept secure?
Each link is a public but token-protected URL with a 256-bit random token. Links are encrypted, expire 30 days after creation, and can be revoked or regenerated at any time. They are served without indexing, caching, or referrer headers, so they stay off search engines, and they expose no internal identifiers.
Which plans include presentation links?
Presentation links are included on the Pro and Team plans. Every plan, including Starter and the trial, can download approved deliverables as PDF, print them, and present them full-screen. Slide decks download as PowerPoint on Pro and Team.
Can I cut off access after I have shared a link?
Yes. Disable a link to revoke it, or regenerate it to rotate the token — the old link stops working immediately. Access stays firm-controlled even after the deliverable has left your screen.
Can the client download a PDF from the link?
Only if you allow it. Each link has a PDF download toggle that is off by default. When you turn it on, the download is pinned to the same snapshot the link shows, so the client always gets exactly the version you approved.
Will the client see changes if I edit the deliverable later?
No. Each link renders from a version snapshot, so it stays fixed at what you shared. Editing the deliverable or its template afterward does not change links you have already sent.
Do my disclosures show up on shared deliverables?
Yes. Disclosure text is firm-controlled and renders with every share, PDF, print, and PowerPoint export. You can set it at the organization, template, or deliverable level. PREZENTD applies what you configure; it does not approve content for compliance — that review remains yours.
